White Rock Colours - April 1, 2023, 2:15pm

We are all navigating life guided by our own unique compass. While one person may be drawn towards intellectual pursuits and secure surroundings, another may be inclined towards spontaneous adventures and high-stakes risk-taking. Our overall personalities may shift with life experiences, but our temperament remains inherent, coded into our DNA.

Knowing our personality style and understanding that of others helps us recognize our similarities and differences as gifts and unique contributions. Self-observation and resulting awareness enable us to follow our own path in life and become the best version of ourselves, as God wired us to be. This accelerates our individual process and improves our personal and professional effectiveness.

With these powerful insights, we can better understand others, avoid conflicts, reduce stress, increase respect, open lines of communication, and bring out the best in everyone.
